Assistant Machine Operator

Set up equipment accurately using proper and safe techniques, inspect all tooling before and after runs to ensure necessary repairs are made, and minimize material sheet, ink, and adhesive waste. Operate machinery at available capacity and speed to maximize utilization, submit maintenance work orders for needed repairs, and complete daily and weekly equipment clean-ups. Perform continuous quality control by selecting material at random to check size, scoring, slotting, printing, and folding while adhering to GBP quality policy. Provide recommendations for optimizing schedules to meet cost, quality, and service goals.
