Job Summary
Assist in accurate and efficient set-up of folding and gluing operations on the Expertfold Specialty folder gluer, operate the machine to run at capacity while minimizing waste, monitor quality (including checks for mis-slots, misprints, and loose liner), train other positions, learn to run multiple box styles, complete production data and safety/quality reports, submit maintenance work orders, adhere to the production schedule, and contribute to schedule optimization and housekeeping.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- One year minimum relevant experience preferred
- Prior experience in the corrugated industry preferred
- Experience in Press and Finishing Department - at least six months
