Assistant Loan Servicing Manager

Job Summary
Oversee day-to-day loan servicing of commercial and consumer portfolios; ensure timely processing and accurate workflow management; monitor loan maturities, delinquencies, and exceptions; oversee escrow administration and tracking of collateral and insurance; provide training and coaching to team members, onboarding, and performance feedback; ensure compliance with regulations and internal controls; review servicing metrics/KPIs and drive process improvements and efficiency; collaborate with internal departments and act as liaison between Loan Operations leadership and servicing staff; remote role within the United States with Eastern Standard Hours; occasional travel for company events.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- Bachelor’s preferred
- 4-7 years of loan servicing experience
- Commercial loan experience required
