Job Summary
Operate packaging line and lacquer-related processes at Coty in Sanford, NC with emphasis on safety and 5S. Perform line operations, changeovers, setup, and tooling management to keep the line running per standards; conduct in-process quality checks and address non-conformances; participate in RCPS (Root Cause Problem Solving) and CAL reports; propose improvements to the packaging process and participate in improvement events; ensure CGMP compliance and report quality deviations; maintain accuracy in measurements and reports, and communicate effectively in English.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma is required
- 3-5 years related experience or training in a manufacturing environment is preferred
