Assistant Leasing & Marketing Manager (Part-Time)

Job Summary
Assist with leasing to ensure full lease-up and maintain high occupancy levels by mailing renewal offers, logging responses, and managing property availability. Approve and present rental applications to the General Manager, manage property licenses, and oversee the check-out process including key acceptance and unit inspections. Respond to resident concerns and complaints while maintaining courteous communication with residents, applicants, employees, and vendors. Answer telephones and perform general administrative duties such as filing, typing, and preparing weekly performance reports. Develop and implement advertising and resident retention programs to position the property in the marketplace.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- First Aid/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license
- Current automobile insurance
- Ability to operate fax machine
- Ability to operate copier

- Ability to operate personal computer
- Ability to operate typewriter
- Ability to operate calculator
- Ability to operate adding machine
- Ability to operate key machine
