Job Summary
Assistant Learning & Development Manager responsible for identifying and addressing employee and organizational development needs, ensuring effective training to achieve business results. Develops and delivers training programs on topics including product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service and leadership, conducts needs assessments, designs and develops programs, facilitates delivery of custom and corporate training, and measures training effectiveness to ensure ROI. Works to promote training programs, supports leadership development, aligns training with key business indicators, manages training budgets, and drives brand values in all training activities within Marriott International's Bangkok property.
Required Qualifications
- 2-year degree from an accredited university in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 1 year experience in the human resources or related professional area; certified trainer.
- 4-year bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; certified trainer; no work experience required.
