Assistant Lead Porter

Oversee service and sales Porters by making schedule changes, serving as the prime contact for all staff, and tracking movement between facilities. Wash, dry, and prepare customer and inventory vehicles to O'GARA's standards while maintaining cleanliness of wash bays and surrounding areas. Monitor workflow to ensure team productivity, manage Porter schedules and reporting for sick leave or incidents, and keep accurate records of showrooms, equipment, and supplies. Drive and handle vehicles responsibly for internal transfers, offsite errands, dealer trades, and customer pickups. Ensure all vehicles meet inventory standards with proper seat covers, mats, and identification tags. Maintain neat organization of new and used vehicle showrooms, outdoor lots, and storage facilities.
