Job Summary
Develop and implement strategic plans, marketing initiatives, and training programs to enhance employee and customer satisfaction while establishing annual F&B budgets aligned with financial goals. Oversee corporate food court operations, including multiple cuisine counters and a central kitchen, ensuring cost control through structured processes for food, fuel, and labor. Manage Hunger box operations in Bangalore, supervise pest control activities, and lead the planning and execution of new office F&B spaces from procurement to operational launch. Conduct Monthly Meeting Reviews with clients, negotiate with suppliers, and maintain stringent hygiene standards ensuring compliance with FSSAI guidelines. Lead and supervise teams at multiple levels, fostering a culture of collaboration and driving talent acquisition, training, and succession planning.
Required Qualifications
- Deep experience in commercial real estate, skilled trades, or technology
- Experience applying relevant experience to a new industry
- Ability to develop and implement strategic plans, marketing initiatives, and training programs
- Ability to monitor industry developments, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes
- Ability to design and execute business expansion strategies
- Ability to establish annual F&B budgets
