Job Summary
Assist in daily hotel laundry operations and services, including washing, drying, and ironing linen for guest rooms and the Food & Beverage/Culinary Department within existing time constraints. Support department management to ensure safety, maintain budgets and payroll information, and provide exceptional customer service by coaching staff and ensuring guest needs are met. Partner with Engineering for equipment maintenance and participate in meetings to communicate departmental goals and standards.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1 year experience in the laundry, housekeeping, or related professional area
