Assistant Large Group Speech Coach at Bondurant-Farrar Community School District. Responsibilities include instructing students in fundamentals and skills of the activity, organizing the program, scheduling practices and off-season activities, communicating with students, staff, parents, community, and media, coordinating with the Athletic Director for contests, assessing student eligibility, enforcing sportsmanship, recommending equipment purchases, maintaining attendance and records, and ensuring safety of facilities. Requires coaching endorsement/authorization and a Bachelor's degree with teaching certificate recommended; coaching experience in the specific sport is desirable. Performs duties under the supervision of the Superintendent and Athletic Director with responsibilities spanning program development, supervision of staff and students, and ongoing professional development.
