Job Summary
Coach, lead, and mentor a team of cooks while ensuring proper training for all back-of-house members. Maintain a safe, sanitary, and clean work environment and foster positive relationships between front-of-house and back-of-house teams. Schedule effectively based on sales forecasts and manage purchasing, ordering, and food storage standards. Hire new employees, conduct onboarding, and delegate tasks with follow-through. Communicate effectively across all organizational levels. Requires previous kitchen management experience, knowledge of health and safety regulations, and proficiency in sales forecasting, budgeting, and inventory management. Must be willing to travel for training within the Calgary region.

- Administrative skills, including scheduling, emailing, and ordering
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to hire new employees and conduct interviews

- Must be willing to travel for training within Calgary region
