Job Summary
In the role of Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will assist with overseeing the daily operations of Parker's Kitchen, ensuring adherence to food safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include conducting weekly inventory counts, managing inventory levels, collaborating on labor cost management, and enforcing health policies. The role requires excellent customer and employee interaction skills, effective communication, and the ability to work varied hours as dictated by business needs. Physical requirements include standing for extended periods, multitasking, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Completion of food safety certification within the first month of employment is required.
- Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory.
