Job Summary
As an Assistant Kitchen Manager, you will develop kitchen leadership skills while assisting in day-to-day operations and ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Responsibilities include inventory management, managing labor costs in collaboration with the Kitchen Manager, and fostering a positive atmosphere through excellent customer and employee interactions. Candidates must be reliable, possess the ability to work varied hours, and have physical stamina to stand for extended periods, multitask, and lift heavy items.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date.
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Completion of food safety certification within the first month of employment is required.
- Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory.
