Job Summary
As an Assistant Kitchen Manager at Parker's Kitchen, you will assist with overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring food safety and sanitation standards are met. You will conduct weekly inventory counts, manage labor costs, enforce safety policies, and prepare food according to specifications. The role requires interaction with customers and employees, maintaining a friendly atmosphere, and effective communication of procedures. Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 16 years of age upon hire date
- Must have reliable transportation
- Completion of food safety certification within the first month of employment is required
- Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment is mandatory
