Job Summary
Support quality control, food presentation, and recipe compliance while maintaining a safe work environment. Communicate with the Hospitality Team for customer service, report issues, and assist in scheduling, payroll, and inventory management. Manage budgets, conduct audits, train staff, and execute catering orders. Address equipment issues and ensure portion sizes meet standards. Full-time AM, PM, and midshifts in Oakland, CA with hourly pay of $27–$32.
Required Qualifications
- Solid foundation in culinary skills, including knife/prep work, flat-top cooking, and more
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
- Minimum of 2 years of kitchen experience
- Minimum of 1 year of leadership experience
