Assistant Kitchen Manager to support daily BOH operations, lead the kitchen team, ensure food safety and recipe standards, assist with inventory, ordering, prep, and scheduling, manage labor and performance, foster a positive, collaborative kitchen environment, and contribute to catering, banquets, and events. Strong leadership, communication, and culinary operations skills are essential; ServSafe certification is preferred.
