Job Summary
Lead the leadership of a team by demonstrating positivity, maintaining clear communication, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere for both staff and guests. Deliver outstanding customer service by actively addressing needs, resolving issues with professionalism, and motivating associates to surpass expectations. Collaborate with the General Manager to manage inventory, labor allocation, and operational procedures while establishing staffing plans that support volume fluctuations. Uphold strict food safety regulations, organize and supervise shifts to ensure smooth operations, and direct staff on the floor to address issues promptly. Monitor the expo station to guarantee timely and accurate food delivery. Requires 2+ years of managerial experience and bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of proven experience in customer service in the hospitality and/or restaurant industry
- 2+ years of proven managerial experience in the hospitality and/or restaurant industry
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Local/municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification required
- Must be able to frequently lift and or move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- 2 years of college preferred
- Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is a plus
