Job Summary
Assistant Food Manager responsible for executing the food program, delegating tasks, training coworkers, resolving customer complaints, and upholding high standards of customer service. Focus on achieving daily goals, assisting with merchandising, and ensuring top-quality, safe food handling and sanitation. Lead and motivate the team in a fast-paced store environment, while supporting store operations and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- 6 months food experience including customer service and food prep
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs, walk/stand up to 8-10 hours per day
- Available to work full-time (40 hours per week) primarily 2nd shift
