Assistant Kitchen Manager

Support the Kitchen Manager in managing and developing the team while overseeing all food preparation, including prep, fry section, broth control, bao buns, and ramen assembly. Ensure every dish leaving the kitchen meets our high standards for quality and consistency. This role requires kitchen and junior management experience, with a focus on training crew members and maintaining operational excellence.
