Job Summary
As an Assistant Kitchen & Bath Designer, you will support the design team across all project stages from conception to installation. Your duties include delivering high-quality designs that meet client visions, creating presentations, mood boards, and material boards, developing FF&E schedules and maintaining project files and design library, sourcing furniture, finishes, and samples within budget, coordinating with vendors, contractors, and fabricators to check lead times and pricing, performing CAD/Indesign/SketchUp renderings, attending client meetings, visiting job sites, and assisting during installations to ensure exceptional results.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in bathroom and kitchen remodeling
- Portfolio of completed projects
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, space planning, and Microsoft programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- Working knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
- Attention to detail, problem-solving, and solution-oriented mentality
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
- Innovative and creative mindset
