Job Summary
Conduct safety checks, manage payroll, and oversee inventory within the Academy/Child Center. Promote and assist in preparing for programming events while driving participation and revenue. Provide ongoing training, feedback, and coaching to the kids team, including casting, interviewing, and onboarding new hires. Deliver exceptional customer service to maintain a safe, clean, and friendly environment for members and guests. Requires High School Diploma, two years of teaching or children's program experience, and successful completion of Kids On-Demand and CPR/AED certifications. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2 years of experience teaching or working in a children's program
- 2 years of experience in day care setting as a lead teacher or two consecutive summers of camp experience with increased responsibility
- 2 years of supervisory/management experience
- Successfully complete and pass Kids On-Demand Certifications before 1st day of work
- First Aid certification
- Infant/Child and Adult CPR/AED certification
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Experience working with children
- The ability to engage a group of children in an activity
- Customer service and strong communication skills
