Assistant Kids Club Manager

Job Summary
Assist in overseeing the daily operations of the Kids Club at Rixos Phu Quoc, ensuring a safe, engaging, and high-quality program. Support planning and execution of daily/weekly/seasonal activities, supervise Kids Club Animators and Attendants, manage attendance and incident reporting, coach staff, ensure grooming and service standards, and step in as acting Kids Club Manager when needed. Ensure adherence to child safety, health, hygiene standards, and ISO IMS requirements; collaborate with Entertainment, Front Office, Housekeeping, and Engineering to drive guest satisfaction and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in Kids Club operations, childcare, recreation, or hospitality is required
- Supervisory or assistant managerial experience is strongly preferred
- Background in education, early childhood development, hospitality, or recreation is an advantage
- First Aid / Child Safety certification is preferred
