Job Summary
Assist the assigned teacher by supporting students in employment and community-based training activities as defined by the Occupational Course of Study curriculum. Plan individual and group employment activities, observe student behavior during work and training to help develop behavior management plans, and follow up with job sites regarding performance. Prepare materials, set up job settings, collect data to support the curriculum, and handle clerical duties while alerting the teacher to any student-specific issues. Maintain ethical confidentiality, adhere to state and district policies, and participate in professional training programs. Requires a high school diploma, valid driver's license, and ability to travel to district buildings.

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's degree with a concentration in Education
