Job Summary
Deploy, secure, and sustain all hotel technology from PMS and POS to guest-facing Wi-Fi and in-room IoT controls. Assist in installing and configuring Opera, SilverWare, PBX/VoIP, and enterprise networks during pre-opening, then transition into a dynamic support leader ensuring seamless system performance. Audit LAN/WAN and VLAN segmentation, manage vendor deliveries with Cisco and Siemens, and lead user acceptance testing while creating SOPs for front desk and F&B teams. Provide prompt resolution of hardware and connectivity issues, oversee patch management and data-privacy protocols, and maintain accurate IT inventory. Troubleshoot contactless check-in kiosks and mobile-key integrations with discretion while identifying new technologies to elevate the guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–3 years' hotel IT experience
- hands-on exposure to PMS (Opera/Micros)

- exposure to PBX systems
- Strong communicator and trainer—able to translate technical concepts for non-technical teams
