Assistant Inventory Coordinator (Evening Shift Parkmore )

Job Summary
Oversee inventory cycle controls in the Parkmore facility by planning, executing daily picking jobs, and managing material flow through MRB and Rework. Handle incoming and outgoing deliveries, assign storage locations, and maintain transaction records while supporting process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives. Assist with monthly cycle counts, physical audits, and obsolescence reviews, ensuring accurate stock levels and GMP compliance. Support ERP improvements and occasionally assist in the Shannon warehouse. Perform duties on the evening shift with a focus on achieving inventory accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience using MRP / ERP systems
- Experience of performing cycle counting
- Experience of performing investigation and resolving cycle count discrepancies
- Prior inventory experience in a medical device manufacturing and/or fulfilment environment
- Strong knowledge of supply chain and operational processes
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to balance immediate/long term priorities
- Exceptional multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Data analysis and numeric skills with the ability to evaluate, analyse and present data
- Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure
- Ability to react quickly to changing priorities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Strong attention to details
- Proficiency in Excel
- Forklift driving
- Experience of regulated environments
- A relevant qualification in Supply chain or Business
