Job Summary
Assist the Lead Installation Technician with the installation of heating and air conditioning replacement systems. Complete installation paperwork neatly and timely for reporting accuracy. Protect client floors with drop cloths and maintain a clean work area after completion. Maintain a safety-conscious attitude on the job and while driving; wear floor savers in clients' homes. Assist the Lead Installer in achieving required production levels and keep the company vehicle clean inside and out.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have prior, successful experience as an Installation Technician in the HVAC industry
- NATE certification preferred
- Must display strong communication skills and technical competence
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screen
- Clean driving record
