Job Summary
Arrive early to prep ingredients and bake or cook high-quality breakfast items including scrambled eggs, pancakes, waffles, and bacon. Maintain the buffet selection, brew coffee, and keep beverage stations replenished throughout the service window. Greet guests warmly, answer questions about Timberholm and the surrounding areas, and address dietary needs with care. Coordinate closely with Hannah on special requests and resolve minor guest issues or escalate concerns to leadership. Efficiently handle all cleanup, including washing dishes, sanitizing cookware, mopping the kitchen floor, and vacuuming the Great Room. Ensure food storage complies with safety standards and communicate low inventory to leadership. Available for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to communicate in English, both written and verbal
- Valid state issued driver's license and current auto insurance
- Basic computer skills
- Comply with all company policies and procedures
- Exemplify a high-performance culture through words and actions

- Hospitality-minded with a focus on delivering excellent guest experiences

- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, bend, lift, and handle tasks such as mopping and vacuuming
