Job Summary
Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime. Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while ensuring the safety and well-being of children at all times. Monitor children's progress and development to create a harmonious environment where students and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. This role supports educators at Cranfield Academy Providence, part of Endeavor Schools' 100+ school network, to build a career with meaning.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- NC Early Childhood Credential or equivalent
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
