Job Summary
Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to ensure a safe and positive learning environment. Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while monitoring their progress. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times and create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. This role offers starting pay of $17.00-$19.00 per hour and includes childcare tuition discounts and career development programs. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience
- A nurturing attitude
- A sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
Desired Qualifications
