Job Summary
Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime. Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Monitor children's progress and development to create a harmonious environment where students and teachers enjoy coming to each day. This role offers a supportive work environment with competitive pay ranging from $17.00 to $19.00 per hour, career development programs, and tuition discounts. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- Strong collaboration and communication skills

- A sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
