Job Summary
Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime. Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Monitor children's progress and development to create a harmonious environment where students and fellow teachers enjoy coming to school. This role requires a High School diploma, NC Early Childhood Credential, and an AA or BA in Early Childhood Education. Competitive pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour with childcare tuition discounts and career development programs available.
