Job Summary
Assist infants and toddlers with age-appropriate curriculum implementation, prepare learning materials, and supervise children during meals and naptime to ensure safety. Lead innovative activities that promote development, monitor individual progress, and maintain a harmonious environment for students and staff. This role requires a nurturing attitude, patience, and strong communication skills within a supportive team at Phoenix Ranch, part of Endeavor Schools' nationwide network of early childhood education centers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience
- A nurturing attitude
- A sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
