Job Summary
Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during all activities, including meals and naptime, to ensure a safe and positive learning environment. Help lead innovative learning activities that promote children's development and growth while monitoring their progress. Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times and create a harmonious environment where children and fellow teachers enjoy coming to each day. This role requires a High School diploma, NC Early Childhood Credential, or equivalent, along with an AA or BA in Early Childhood Education if preferred. Competitive pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, with benefits including childcare tuition discounts and relocation options available at our 100+ schools nationwide.
