Job Summary
Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during meals and naptime to ensure a safe environment. Help lead innovative learning activities that promote development, monitor children's progress, and maintain a harmonious atmosphere where students and staff thrive. This role requires an NC Early Childhood Credential or equivalent and a high school diploma, with a preferred degree in Early Childhood Education. Competitive pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, supported by childcare tuition discounts and career development programs within Endeavor Schools' network of over 100 locations.
