Job Summary
Assist with the implementation of age-appropriate curriculum, prepare learning materials, and supervise children during meals and naptime to ensure a safe environment. Help lead innovative learning activities that promote development, monitor children's progress, and maintain a harmonious atmosphere for students and staff. Prioritize the safety and well-being of children at all times while fostering a nurturing attitude toward young learners. This role supports the Endeavor Schools family, which operates over 100 schools nationwide using diverse educational styles to prioritize student success and employee wellbeing.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center
- Prior experience with toddler and pre-school students
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and tablet
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience
- A nurturing attitude
- A sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
Desired Qualifications
- 12 Child Development Units-Preferred
