Job Summary
Assistant Infant Teacher duties include supporting Lead Infant Teacher in delivering The Learning Experience's curriculum to infants 6 weeks–18 months, providing attentive care during feeding, diapering, and naps, guiding sensory and motor activities to support development, communicating with parents daily, ensuring licensing compliance, and helping run the infant classroom to uphold The Learning Experience’s standards. Schedule options include part-time or full-time with flexible shifts (6:30am–6:30pm). The role emphasizes collaboration, caregiving, early education, and ongoing professional development within a supportive team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Experience in a childcare setting with infants (preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds and remain active
