Job Summary
Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and managing the classroom to ensure a safe, stimulating environment. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development while preparing materials and maintaining cleanliness. Supervise and provide individualized support to children, and assist in communicating with parents about their progress and activities. Adhere to health and safety guidelines and support routine child care tasks to promote a nurturing learning environment. No nights, weekends, or holidays. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Basic understanding of child development
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
- No nights, weekend and holiday schedules

- Associate or bachelor's in Early Childhood Education
- Shows empathy and compassion for young children
- Works productively without supervision
