Job Summary
Assist the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and prepare classroom materials while ensuring safety and cleanliness. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through individualized supervision and routine child care tasks. Communicate with parents regarding their child's progress and activities, adhering to all health and safety guidelines. This role involves no nights, weekends, or holidays, with a competitive hourly wage and benefits including medical, dental, vision, and tuition reimbursement. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma
- Previous experience working with young children in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
- Basic understanding of child development
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. in connection with the handling of children
- No nights, weekend and holiday schedules
