Job Summary
Lead innovative learning activities, prepare and organize learning materials, and supervise children during meals, naptime, and all activities to ensure safety and a positive environment. Monitor children's progress, implement age-appropriate curriculum, and foster a harmonious atmosphere where both students and teachers thrive. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred; high school diploma or GED required with 6 months early childhood education experience. Starting pay $18.00-$20.00/hr with a $1500 sign-on bonus paid in two installments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual English/ Spanish
- Professional Development Units / Credits
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center (minimum 6 months)
- Prior experience with the assigned age group
- Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Patience

- A sincere interest in the well-being and development of young learners
