Job Summary
Lead age-appropriate learning activities, prepare and organize materials, and supervise children during meals and naptime to ensure safety and positive development. Monitor individual progress, foster a harmonious environment, and collaborate with fellow educators to implement curriculum standards. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Starting pay $18.00-$20.00/hour. Requires high school diploma, minimum six months in early childhood education, and strong communication skills. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Bilingual English/ Spanish
- Professional Development Units / Credits
- Experience in Early Childhood Education in a certified child development center (minimum 6 months)
- Prior experience with the assigned age group
- Specific requirements set by minimum state standards and/or accreditation
- Ability to use standard office equipment such as a laptop computer and smartphone
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
