Job Summary
Assist in implementing The Learning Experience's proprietary curriculum to foster infants' growth, provide attentive care during feeding, diapering, and nap times, and engage infants aged 6 weeks to 18 months in sensory and motor activities. Communicate daily with parents, maintain licensing compliance, and support classroom operations to reflect the center's commitment to excellence. Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; experience in infant care preferred; CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain); ability to lift up to 35 pounds; strong communication skills; flexible part-time or full-time shifts from 6:30am to 6:30pm.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in a childcare setting with infants (preferred)
- CPR and First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 35 pounds
- Active throughout the day
- Part-time or Full-time schedule with flexible shifts between 6:30am - 6:30pm
