Instruct individuals in the fundamentals and skills of the activity to achieve success in interscholastic competition; organize the program to utilize staff skills; plan and schedule regular practice sessions (December–March) and off-season activities; communicate with students, staff, parents, community, and media; collaborate with the Athletic Director to schedule contests; establish performance criteria for eligibility; enforce sportsmanship according to District policy; recommend equipment, supplies, and uniforms; maintain safety of facilities and complete related attendance/inventory paperwork; stay current in the assigned sport through clinics/workshops and readings; lifting equipment up to 50 pounds; participate in program development and professional growth; term of employment per agreement; EEO/AA employer.
