Job Summary
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager will work closely with the Store Manager and Leadership Team to enhance guest experiences through exceptional service and sales techniques. Responsibilities include greeting guests, assisting with product selection, training and motivating team members, managing merchandising and operational tasks. The position demands strong sales acumen, leadership skills, and an ability to foster a positive team culture. This role is a progression into an Assistant Manager position with additional leadership responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- One to three months related retail experience and/or training
