Job Summary
Greet guests with an engaging attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend products based on guest needs. Fulfill sales goals by maintaining personal sales-per-hour targets and utilizing the Sales Presentation Guide daily. Recruit new team members, coach current staff on sales and fit standards, and lead the team in the Store Manager's absence. Manage visual merchandising by assigning zone ownership, ensuring floor standards, and executing markdowns and pulls. Operate point-of-sale systems, handle returns and exchanges, and monitor loss prevention protocols including bag checks. Complete opening and closing checklists, maintain inventory levels, and communicate policy violations or guest concerns to management. Work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom

- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to travel and cover other Stores within District based on business needs
