Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, recommend merchandise based on their needs, and consistently share product knowledge to drive sales. Manage visual merchandising by assigning zones, ensuring floor standards, and executing markdowns and pulls. Assist the Store Manager in recruiting new team members, training staff on sales presentations and loss prevention, and covering shifts during their absence. Maintain store operations by completing opening/closing checklists, handling POS procedures, and addressing security risks. Complete all scheduled shifts, including holidays, and immediately handle emergencies in the Store Manager's absence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom
- close vision

- color vision
- peripheral vision
- depth perception
- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to travel and cover other Stores within District based on business needs
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs
