Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, answer questions regarding store merchandise, and recommend items based on guest needs while maintaining product knowledge and sales education. Fulfill store sales goals by achieving personal sales-per-hour, average sales, and total net sales targets, utilizing the Sales Presentation Guide daily to drive business builders and guest loyalty. Recruit new teammates through referrals and emails, coach current staff on leadership playbooks, and assist the Store Manager in developing and motivating the team. Manage visual merchandising by assigning zones, ensuring sales floor standards, and executing markdowns, pulls, and freight displays. Perform operational duties including cashiering, loss prevention checks, inventory management, and completing opening/closing checklists while maintaining a clean store environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom

- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
