Job Summary
The Assistant in Training (AIT) and Assistant Manager position focuses on providing an enjoyable shopping experience for guests while performing sales, merchandising, and operational tasks. Responsibilities include greeting guests, maintaining product knowledge, leading by example in service quality, training and motivating teammates, and executing visual standards. The role requires strong sales skills, customer service orientation, and leadership abilities. AIT serves as a progression to the Assistant Manager position, which involves additional responsibilities. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant retail experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- 1-3 months related retail experience or training
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs
