Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, answer questions about merchandise, and recommend products to fulfill guest needs. Maintain visual standards on the sales floor, manage inventory pulls, and execute opening and closing checklists. Assist the Store Manager in recruiting new Teammates, training staff on sales presentations, and supervising daily operations including loss prevention and security. Complete all scheduled shifts, handle emergencies in the Manager's absence, and communicate policy violations or guest concerns to leadership.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom

- peripheral vision
- depth perception
- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to travel and cover other Stores within District based on business needs
