Job Summary
Greet guests with a friendly, engaging attitude, recommend merchandise based on guest needs, and consistently share product knowledge to achieve sales goals. Manage visual merchandise by assigning zones to teammates, ensuring visual standards, and executing markdowns, pulls, and freight handling. Assist the Store Manager in recruiting new teammates, conducting daily interviews, and training staff on sales presentations, loss prevention, and store operations. Handle register procedures, open and close the store, and manage inventory while maintaining a clean, shoppable environment. Complete all scheduled shifts, cover shifts as needed, and immediately handle emergencies in the Store Manager's absence.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related retail experience
- or training
- or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Physical ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs throughout the store and backroom

- depth perception
- ability to adjust focus
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, which may include mornings, evenings, and weekends, and the day of/day after Thanksgiving and Christmas, based upon store and business needs
- Ability to travel and cover other Stores within District based on business needs
- Ability to lift and maneuver 50lbs
