Job Summary
Assistant in Training and Assistant Manager at Buckle oversee sales generation, guest service, merchandising, and store operations. Responsibilities include greeting Guests, recommending merchandise, achieving sales goals, training and developing Teammates, recruiting, and acting as Store Manager in their absence. Senior duties include leadership actions, supervision, and coordinating education focus; emphasis on visual merchandising, inventory management, loss prevention, and adherence to store policies. Demonstrates product knowledge, leads by example in customer service and showmanship, effectively uses SPG, supports performance tracking, and collaborates with Store Manager to drive store performance and team growth.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related retail experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
